Zhejiang Bondlye Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. was established in April 2000, is the deputy chairman of the China Motor Vehicle Pollution Prevention and Control Committee (CVEC) unit, the China Association of Automobile manufacturers after treatment branch council unit. The company now has two production bases in Shanghai, Zhejiang Province, and has formed an annual output of 1 million sets of automotive emissions reprocessing systems, and an annual output of 3 million liters of catalysts, with 23 years of sales of 250 million yuan.
The company specializes in the manufacture of catalysts, exhaust manifold assemblies, EGR coolers, diesel engine aftertreatment products (DOC/DPF/SCR) and other road vehicles, non-road mobile machinery and Marine exhaust gas purification products. Products are mainly for domestic large Oems supporting, and exported to Europe and the United States and other regions. In recent years, the company has presided over and participated in 9 national projects such as the "863" program, and has obtained more than 40 national patents.
With continuous improvement in product development and manufacturing, the company has become the first post-treatment enterprise using electric heating catalyst technology in the field of domestic commercial vehicle emissions, and will directly meet the highest national emission standards when the product is put on the market in 2020. At the same time, the company has built a provincial laboratory, with imported emission bench, catalyst rapid aging development and evaluation test bench, EGR comprehensive heat transfer performance test bench and other advanced R & D test equipment, and has successively invested in automatic welding robots, laser welding machines, vacuum brazing furnace, GBD packaging line and other high-end manufacturing equipment for grafting application and production. The product quality is effectively guaranteed and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
