Covering 46,000 square meters with 350 workers, Noken Mechanical boasts over 30 years of casting experience and holds IATF 16949 certification along with 30+ patents.

The company operates 6 automatic casting lines, 15 small casting machines, 12 various furnaces, and 50 sand core machines, achieving an annual output of 1.5 million cores, 500,000 cylinder heads, and 1 million other small products. It has 2 processing workshops with around 250 CNC machine centers, including lines with 6-axis intelligent industrial robots. 20% of the CNC machines are imported from brands like Wia, and Yida Riping. We imported Duer automatic ultrasonic cleaning machines from Germany as well.

Noken Mechanical also features a Constant Temperature and Humidity Testing Center with high-precision Hexagon three-coordinate intelligent monitoring stations, meeting diverse customer requirements.
