1995-11-09: The company began to supply water pumps, oil pumps and silicone oil fan clutches to Aisin Hongda Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (Japanese-owned), and became a secondary supplier of Toyota.

2006-05-20: NZ water pump body (for Toyota Yaris) began to be directly exported to Aisin Japan factory, with an annual output of 500,000pcs.

2010-06-20: Taizhou Ruida Machinery Co., Ltd. has obtained the ISO/TS16949:2009 certificate.

2010-08-18: Taizhou Ruida Machinery Co., Ltd. passed the factory audit of Changsha Bosch and became a qualified supplier within the Bosch Group.

2011-09-27: Changsha Ruichu Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 3 million yuan.

2012-03-15: The company started to provide gear housings, shaft sleeves and motor brackets of wiper system to Bosch Automotive Parts (Changsha) Co., Ltd. The total number of deliveries as of December 2013 is 3,150,000 pieces, PPM is 0, and the delivery time rate is 100%.

2013-01-24: Changsha Ruichu Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. obtained the ISO/TS16949:2009 certificate.

2013-08-29: Taizhou Ruida Machinery Co., Ltd. passed the factory audit of MAHLE North America and became a qualified supplier of it.

2014-10-12: Taizhou Ruida Machinery Co., Ltd. passed the factory audit of Knorr-Bremse and became a qualified supplier of it.

2016-6: It won the honor of Excellent Supplier of Bosch Group in the Asia-Pacific Region.

2018-3: It won the honor of Long-term Partner of Knorr-Bremse in China in 2017.

2018-4-25: It was honored with the Best Collaboration Award of 2017 by Aisin Hongda.

2018-8-16: Taizhou Ruida Machinery Co., Ltd. passed the audit for IATF 16949:2016 Automotive Products Quality Management System Certificate.

2018: The second factory of Changsha Ruichu Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. (RICHO) was completed and put into use.

2019: RICHO passed the factory audit of China Railway Rolling Stock Corporation (CRRC) and became its supplier.

2021: RICHO passed the factory audit of SCHAEFFLER and became its supplier.

2021: Ruida passed the factory audit of Brose and became its supplier.

2021: Ruida passed the factory audit of Shenzhen Inovance Technology Co., Ltd. and became its supplier.

2023: The new factory of Ruida was completed and put into use.

2023: The new factory of RICHO was completed and put into use.
