Major Upgrade, Connecting Global Trade! The 2027 Taizhou Auto & Motorcycle Parts Exhibition is Scheduled for April 23–25!

Dear Industry Colleagues, Partners, and Friends,

The 2027 China (Taizhou) Auto Parts Industry Chain Exhibition is officially scheduled to take place from April 23 to 25, 2027, at the Taizhou International Expo Center (Jiaojiang). Held concurrently with the 2027 China (Taizhou) Motorcycle & Parts Industry Chain Exhibition and the 19th China Taizhou Electric Vehicle, Motorcycle & Parts Exhibition, the three shows will unite in a synergistic platform, delivering a full-industry-chain mega event for the global automotive, motorcycle, and electric vehicle sectors.

Past Achievements: A Strong Foundation, Proven Success

The successful run of the previous three editions has laid a solid groundwork for the comprehensive advancement of the 2027 event. This year, the organizing committee unveils four major upgrades, achieving holistic breakthroughs in scale, buyer outreach, services, and resources, to present a higher-caliber industry gathering for the global auto and motorcycle parts community.

1. Scale Upgrade – A Significant Expansion in Exhibition Size and Exhibitor Lineup

Drawing on past successes and lessons learned, the 2027 exhibition floor area is expected to be further expanded, with a more optimized and scientific booth layout, setting new records in both the number of exhibitors and booth scale. The product categories will extensively cover auto parts, interior & exterior trim components, automotive supplies & modification parts, as well as complete electric vehicles, motorcycles, and their parts, ensuring more comprehensive industry participation and delivering an event that is both "all-encompassing and professionally refined."

2. Buyer Upgrade – Dual-Driven by Global Resource Networks and Canton Fair Spillover Effects

Leveraging a well-established overseas invitation system, the committee continues to extend targeted invitations to professional buyers from RCEP member states, Belt and Road Initiative countries, and regions across Europe and the Americas. Currently, international buyer resources cover more than 40 countries and regions, including Russia, Italy, Indonesia, Ghana, Malaysia, the Philippines, Kazakhstan, Colombia, Nepal, Kenya, Pakistan, and others, spanning Asia, Africa, Europe, South America, and North America.

In 2027, we will further capitalize on the spillover effect of the Spring Canton Fair, organizing a large number of high-quality buyers to visit Taizhou for sourcing. An International Sourcing Matchmaking Zone will be established during the show, featuring multiple overseas buyer exclusive sessions and one-on-one procurement meetings. Leveraging Taizhou's unique industrial cluster advantage—"visit the show in the morning, tour the factories in the afternoon"—we aim to significantly boost order conversion efficiency.

3. Service Upgrade – Pre-Show Precision Matching, Full-Process Efficient Empowerment

This edition introduces a systematic service upgrade, with particular emphasis on pre-show procurement information matching—the committee will proactively establish sourcing matchmaking groups in advance, collecting exhibitor product data and buyer requirement lists, and utilizing a precision matching system for bidirectional information delivery. This allows both parties to establish preliminary interest before the show and move directly into efficient negotiations during the event. Additionally, we are expanding professional buyer incentive policies, including complimentary hotel accommodations and transportation subsidies, while providing convenient channels for domestic and international buyers to conduct on-site factory visits. From pre-show matching and on-site negotiations to post-show factory inspections, we offer a seamless, full-service one-stop business platform.

4. Resource Upgrade – 30 Years of Show Organizing Expertise, Powered by Human Capital & Investment

As the show organizer, Dena Exhibition brings 30 years of deep regional industry expertise and is significantly scaling up project resource commitments. On the human resources front, we are strengthening the Taizhou project team with a larger, more capable execution staff to support the entire process. On the resource front, we are increasing financial investment to build a high-efficiency overseas digital promotion platform for the auto and motorcycle parts industry, and leveraging multiple overseas exhibition projects in ASEAN to integrate international buyer pools. In 2027, our overseas channel development will be comprehensively upgraded, injecting even stronger momentum into the show.
