On May 3, it was reported that electric car maker Zeekr Intelligent Technology Holding said it would target a valuation of up to $5.13 billion in an initial public offering (IPO) in the United States, the largest U.S. share offering by a Chinese company in more than two years. According to the filing, Polar Krypton plans to raise up to $367.5 million by offering 17.5 million American Depositary shares (ADS) at a price of $18 to $21 each.

Polar Krypton will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "ZK." The successful listing of Polar Krypton will add another member to Geely's listed automobile companies. Lotus also listed on Nasdaq earlier this year. On May 1, polar Krypton released data showing that sales in the first four months of this year increased by 111% year-on-year. Among them, sales in April were 16,100 vehicles, an increase of 99% year-on-year and 24% month-on-month.
