LEAPMOTOR International joint venture company was officially established
On May 14, Stellantis N.V. (hereinafter referred to as "Stellantis Group") and Zhejiang LEAPMOTOR Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "LEAPMOTOR Car") announced that The two companies have passed all necessary approvals for the establishment of "Leapmotor International B.V." (hereinafter referred to as "LEAPMOTOR International"), and the formal formation of LEAPMOTOR International led by the Stellantis Group has been completed. The joint venture is owned 51% by Stellantis Group and 49% by Zerorun Cars.
For Zero cars, this partnership will not only focus on further increasing the sales of zero cars in China, the world's largest automobile market, but also rely on Stellantis Group's mature business layout in other markets around the world to significantly increase the sales of Zero cars in the local market.
In addition, Zero-Run International's electric vehicle products are also considered to complement the Stellantis Group's current technology and iconic brand product lineup, and will bring more cost-efficient mobility solutions to customers around the world.
