Visiting the Consulate General of Pakistan in Shanghai , Promoting Autoparts Industry Cooperation
In the context of deepening international cooperation and promoting the upgrading of the regional auto parts industry, at 10:30 a.m. on July 5, Liang Liping, President of Taizhou Council for the Promotion of International Trade (TCPIT), Ye Lingjun, Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of Taizhou City, Wang Fawei, Vice-President of Taizhou Council for the Promotion of International Trade (TCPIT), Zhang Hongyong, Deputy General Manager of Taizhou Urban Investment Group, and Shi Xianwei, General Manager of Zhejiang Donnor Int’l Exhibitions Ltd. and his party went to the Consulate General of Pakistan in Shanghai to pay a visit to exchange ideas. Shahzad Ahmad Khan, Consul of Pakistan Consulate General in Shanghai,Muhammad Atif, Deputy Consul General, and Shen Han, Commercial Assistant, received the delegation personally.
Deepening cooperation and focusing on industrial docking
During the meeting, both sides had extensive and in-depth discussions on exhibition projects, economic and cultural exchanges and other topics centering on the advantages of Taizhou's new energy industry, Pakistan's industrial needs and economic development trends. Taizhou delegation introduced in detail the preparations for the upcoming Taizhou Auto Parts Exhibition and the flourishing status of Taizhou automobile industry, especially auto parts and import trade, expressed the strong will to strengthen cooperation with Pakistan in the field of economic and trade, investment projects, and formally invited the representative of the Consulate General of Pakistan in Shanghai to attend the opening ceremony of the exhibition and related activities, to experience the prosperity of the automobile parts industry in Taizhou.
Illustrating the future together, linking new opportunities for cooperation
Consul General Shehzad Ahmad Khan warmly welcomed the arrival of the delegation from Taizhou and happily agreed to the invitation to visit Taizhou for research and meeting! He especially mentioned the vision of cooperation in four areas, namely new energy (including photovoltaic), ITC communication engineering, EV new energy vehicle manufacturing and agriculture, which was emphasized during the recent visit of the Prime Minister of Pakistan to China, and looked forward to forming a close linkage with Taizhou to open a new chapter of cooperation. At the same time, Consul General Shehzad Ahmad Khan said that he would actively mobilize Pakistani auto parts enterprises and traders to participate in this Taizhou Auto Parts Show, and there are already confirmed Pakistani enterprises participating in this year's show, which is undoubtedly a positive signal that foretells the bright future of bilateral cooperation.
